As you work, you automatically collect XENA Coins – effortlessly and without any extra steps. If you hand over an offer from XENA to NEO, you’ll earn double XENA Coins for one hour, helping you reach your daily limit of 150 coins even faster.
Each day you log in, you have the chance to earn extra XENA Coins. Your bonus increases over ten consecutive days – as long as you actively claim your reward within the given timeframe each day. Staying consistent pays off!
Once you’ve collected a total of 250 XENA Coins, you can exchange them for a raffle ticket and boost your chances of winning great prizes. If you forget to redeem your coins, don’t worry – the system will automatically convert them for you at the end of the promotional period.
Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer
The organizer of the prize draw is Schmetterling International GmbH & Co. KG, Geschwand 131, 91286 Obertrubach (“Schmetterling”).
2. Eligibility
All XENA users with a personal account who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Multiple entries are allowed. Employees of Schmetterling International are excluded from participation. Participation using fake identities or the identities of third parties is not permitted.
3. Conditions of Participation
3.1. Participation in the prize draw is possible from August 4, 2025, and will automatically end on October 17, 2025 (“Participation Period”).
3.2. Participation is free of charge and automatic. Multiple entries per participant are allowed.
3.3. Participants who violate these terms and conditions may be excluded from the competition. In such cases, Schmetterling reserves the right to withhold or revoke prizes and to select an alternative winner.
4. Prize Draw Process
4.1. While using XENA, eligible users automatically collect XENA Coins, up to a maximum of 250 Coins. Once the limit of 250 XENA Coins is reached, users can exchange them for a prize draw ticket, which grants automatic entry into the draw. Users may earn multiple tickets by reaching the coin limit more than once. If a user has 250 unredeemed XENA Coins at the end of the participation period, they will automatically receive one prize draw ticket. A maximum of 150 XENA Coins can be collected per day.
4.2. Winners will be selected by Schmetterling at the end of the participation period from all eligible entries. All participants have an equal chance of winning. Winners will be chosen at random and notified by Schmetterling.
4.3. Prizes are non-transferable. There is no cash alternative or substitution of the prize.
4.4. The right to claim a prize expires if the winner does not contact Schmetterling within four (4) weeks of receiving notification. This deadline will be clearly stated in the notification. In such cases, a new winner (“alternative winner”) will be selected. The right to a prize also expires if the winner is unable to redeem the travel voucher due to personal reasons or force majeure.
4.5. Schmetterling reserves the right to suspend the prize draw in part or in full if fraudulent activities by participants, technical issues, or other circumstances compromise the integrity of the prize draw.
5. Liability
5.1. Schmetterling is liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from the culpable injury to life, body, or health. Any liability arising from guarantees, fraudulent intent, or the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected. For minor negligence, Schmetterling is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
